Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) operates the CCP Encyclopedia of Philippine Art (EPA) Digital Edition with our website found at: https://epa.culturalcenter.gov.ph//encyclopedia/ and the CCP EPA mobile application (“CCP EPA”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the CCP EPA and the choices you have associated with that data. By visiting our site, you are accepting the practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this service. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

CCP collects personal information, voluntarily submitted by visitors to the CCP EPA, which enables us to provide and maintain the CCP EPA, notify you about changes, allow you to participate in interactive features when you choose to do so, provide customer care and support, provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the CCP EPA and monitor the usage of the site.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our site or when you access by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data"). CCP adheres to the highest standards of ethical practices in all of our operations and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of all visitors of CCP EPA.

CCP EPA may contain links to sites operated by third parties. Please be advised that the practices described in this Privacy Policy do not apply to information gathered through these other websites.

Moreover, any information that you may share in public areas, such as message boards or feedback sections, becomes public, and therefore this Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you choose to make public. Please be careful about what you disclose, and do not post any personal information that you expect to keep private.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("minors").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your minor children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

The CCP EPA is published in the Republic of the Philippines and is subject to laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you are located in a country outside the Republic of the Philippines and voluntarily submit personal information to us, you thereby consent to the general use of such information as provided in this Privacy Policy and to the transfer of that information to, and/or storage of that information in, the Republic of the Philippines. CCP shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages resulting from use of information collected from visitors to the site.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
