We offer both individual and institutional subscriptions.

For individual accounts, we offer monthly, semi-annual, and annual subscriptions. You may check out our Subscriptions page to browse our individual offers.

For institutional accounts, we offer semi-annual and annual subscriptions with custom rates according to your organization. Please send an email to theccpshop@culturalcenter.gov.ph to request a direct quotation.

We use Dragonpay as our official payment processing partner. At the moment, we have GCash, bank deposit, debit/credit card through PayPal, and over-the-counter options such as 7/11 and Palawan Express.

Absolutely! We work with top payment companies which guarantee your data’s safety and security. All billing information is stored on our payment processing partner which has the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Yes. You may go to the billing section of your dashboard and update your payment information.

Unfortunately, we do not issue full or partial refunds.
